Please note: when you receive your email confirmation for your booking, you can opt to include your booking
in your iCal, Outlook or Google Calendars. You will also receive one email reminder 24 hours before your booking.
Your confirmation emails and reminders also allow you to easily reschedule if you need to!

PAYMENT OPTIONS
At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide payment (using the secure Stripe platform) via:
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, enabled Debit cards, American Express Discover, JCB Diners Club, China UnionPay credit and debit cards.
If you would like to pay via e-transfer, please write to me via the contact form below, before you make your booking.
For readings under $100, the full payment is required via credit card or PayPal.
For readings over $100, you have the option to pay for half the cost at the time of booking,
and pay the remaining half 24 hours before your appointment (via credit card or PayPal. through Stripe).

TIPPING OPTIONS
You have the option to tip at check-out. Tips are appreciated, but not required!
RESCHEDULING
Via the booking calendar, you can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours beforehand.
Bow & Arrow Tarot and Astrology offers rescheduling instead of refunds
for appointments you cannot attend (see more information in the Cancellation policy below).
You can reschedule your appointment up to 365 days in advance.
You can reschedule for a different date and transfer over any payments you've made.
Here's how - go to your appointment confirmation page, or your confirmation email and select the Change/Cancel option.
If there is only a Cancel button, select it, the Reschedule option will be presented afterwards.
You can also cancel your own appointment from your appointment confirmation page, or a button in your confirmation email.
Cancellation is permanent and you do not receive an auto-refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When you cancel an appointment, you do not receive an automatic refund online. (See Refund Policy.)

After an appointment is canceled it cannot be un-cancelled (cancellation is permanent).
The cancelled appointment's slot will become available for scheduling.
REFUND POLICY

Under truly exceptional circumstances, Bow & Arrow Tarot and Astrology can provide a refund.
If you absolutely cannot reschedule for another date within the next calendar year, and also cannot transfer the reading to a friend for another date during the next calendar year, please write to me via the contact form on my website.
You can reschedule for a different date and transfer over any payments you've made.

RECORDING YOUR READING
Yes, you may record your reading for private/non-broadcast listening!
I recommend recording the reading using your voice memo app while you a place the call on speaker-phone, for example.
It's worth testing your recording set-up beforehand.
Have a way to take notes ready too!

HOW TO BOOK & USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE
Very important -- when you purchase a gift certificate you must select a fake time for the reading.
This time selection will not be the time of the actual reading for the gift recipient --
-- it's to allow the calendar to process and accept the gift certificate purchase.
You will receive your PDF Gift Certificate via email to the address you have provided within 24 hours of your order.
Gift Certificate recipients can book their reading through my online booking calendar using the code on their certificate.
If you have any problems using your PDF gift certificate, please email me through the contact form below.

INTERNET versus TELEPHONE
I read from my cabin in the woods in the Yukon Territory, where my cell phone reception can be quite poor, even non-existent.
Please use the online options -- FaceTime Audio or What's App whenever possible. Please note, you call me at the time of your session.

Please prepare your questions and themes before your reading
Take a moment to take a breath, stretch, light a candle, get comfortable in a quiet spot before you call.
Please be on time for your reading.
If you are 15 minutes, or more, late for a 1-hour reading your booking is released.
If you are 7 minutes, or more, late for a 30-minute reading your booking is released.
Please be respectful of the time-frame of your reading.
The reader reserves the right to end a reading at any time.
